With the redevelopment of the Villes Dorées district in Saint-Brieuc, REALITES transformed the area which was abandoned since 2015. With an ambitious approach to offer a range of housing, shops and services to meet the needs of all generations.

Enhance the appeal of Saint-Brieuc
Les Villes Dorées, is a project fully in line with the challenges of sustainable development, and the area’s needs for economic and social appeal. From the outset, this project was thought of as a nice payback to the town of Saint-Brieuc.
Prior to the design of the project, REALITES joined forces with a whole network of partners to detect, identify and understand new uses and needs of stakeholders in the territory.
Careful listening which allowed effective synergies to be created very early on in this redevelopment project.
Mobilising all of the Group’s skills to revitalise the area
REALITES has used all its know-how to design this project, which respects the uses and needs of residents as much as possible, while providing the renewed economic stimulus necessary for the appeal of a medium-sized town like Saint-Brieuc.
REALITES wins the Silver Pyramid* thanks to the “Villes Dorées” project
The entire profession hailed the success of the “Villes Dorées” project by awarding REALITES the Silver Pyramid Award. It is a great recognition of the know-how implemented in this emblematic project of the intelligence of the territories.
Each year, *The Pyramids created in 2004 by the FPI, award buildings in different categories on the subjects essential for the federation: innovation, quality, urban mix or real estate companies.
